"COINCRAFT" 1/2 GUILDENI acquired this large diameter medal many years ago but have never understood the purpose of it. The date is given as "18--" though clearly this is a late 20th century production. It has an inscription saying "struck for Coincraft from the original dies" but does not explain what dies were used.
I would be very pleased to hear from anyone who knows anything about this item.
